How many issues are published a year? Outdoor Alabama is published five times a year: February, April, July, October and December. The December issue is a combination Conservation Directory and Calendar.
How do I change the address for my subscription? You have several options. Call us toll free at 1-877-339-0508. You can also e-mail us. Or, you can send the information by mail to P.O. Box 301450, Montgomery, AL 36130. Please provide us with your old address as well as your new address.
I sent payment for my subscription, but I received another bill. In most cases, your payment has crossed in the mail with the billing notice. Renewals take time to prepare as names must be selected, bills printed and mailed. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your payment to be processed. If you feel the bill is in error, call us toll free 1-877-339-0508 to check on the status of your payment.
Do you accept credit cards? At this time we take Visa and MasterCard only with subscriptions purchased online.
I missed an issue of Outdoor Alabama. How can I get a replacement copy? Call toll free at 1-877-339-0508 and we’ll be happy to check on your subscription and send a replacement copy if necessary. If you have moved recently, don’t forget to let us know your new address so you won’t miss an issue.
May I purchase individual copies of a particular issue? Yes, back issues are $3 each as long as we have copies available. You may check on the availability of copies by calling 1-800-262-3151.
