CAHABARIVER WMA Tract in Shelby and Bibby County consists of a 94 year hunting lease for 70% of the Wildlife Management Area.  The tract is comprised of mountainous and wooden terrain, hosting springs, rocky bluffs as well as early successional habitats within reclaimed areas and plantation forests bordering Cahaba River.  In partnership with the Molpus Timberlands, the plantation timber is under a pre-existing 93 year lease arrangement with a third party.
