2.  Where can I get reservation information for professional meeting space?

For professional meetings, we can use either Delta Hall or the Blakeley Hall Classrooms:

3.  Do you have canoes/kayaks to rent, or other vessels for tours?

We sure do!  We have Delta tours on "The Pelican", a 25 seater pontoon boat, and we also have canoes and kayaks.

Five Rivers Delta Safaris has pontoon boat tours of the beautiful lower delta.  Adults are $22, Seniors $19 and Children (3-10) are $14. 

Five Rivers Delta Safaris also rents canoes and kayaks for half days or full days, and offers guided or unguided kayak tours.

4.  Who can I contact for volunteer information?

While 5 Rivers doesn't yet have a full volunteer/docent program in place yet, we are taking names for those interested for volunteering in the near future.  Contact  Shonda Borden at Shonda.Borden@DCNR.Alabama.gov or 251-625-0814 with your contact information, and she will get you details.

5.  Can I fish from 5 Rivers property?

Sorry, we do not allow fishing from the docks or banks of 5 Rivers property, but there are some great fishing places all along the Causeway and in the Mobile-Tensaw Delta

6.  Do you have a boat launch?

We do not have a motor boat launch at 5 Rivers, but there are several places close by you can launch from.  Meaher State Park is directly across the street, and has a boat launch.

7.  Can I visit by boat?

Please do, we have ample dock space directly in front of Delta Hall for you to dock up at.  There's a picture of 5 Rivers powerboat landing here:  http://www.outdooralabama.com/outdoor-adventures/5rivers/facilities/delta/.  The dock is in Sardine Pass just off the Blakeley River.
